Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, all of them were happy to go the extra mile for you whatever the request, in perfect English no less. The facilities were great, although the pool area could get a little crowded on busier days.

The rooms were very spacious, the air conditioning was extremely good, although the decor was a little dated. Room service food wasn't great but when is it ever? A great location, right across the road from what felt like one of the safer areas on the beachfront.
Lobby service was good, but after request for room change the service changed a little. The first room that they put me had a door from another room to that one, closed only by the other side, dark room and smelling mopho.
Tiny rooms with pelo windows and terribly maintained. The worst breakfast I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Not only is the food bad, but the space is ridiculous, seis tables in a 4 floors hotel hotel with 7 rooms each. Service is as bad as the rooms, I left a message asking them not to clean my room (there's pelo do not disturb sign) and when I got back, the room had been cleaned. When I asked they said they had to go in because of a leakage in the room next door. No one was able to explain why they had to make the bed in the process of cleaning the floor. The manager, of course, was not at the hotel and even after being asked to contact me, did not. I'm never coming back andif you're in the process of searching, keep looking.

Location and Access – The hotel is on a prime ocean front position separated from the Praia de Iracema by a busy road. Nearby are many similar high-rise hotels and residences. There are only very limited shopping, restaurant and bar choices within close walking distance. The nearest supermarkets are a 10 to 15-minute walk. Fortaleza centre is 25 to 30 minute walk. Airport is 25 minutes by car – but allow Em excesso time due to a major highway construction project. Close to the Beira Mar with some interesting places and amazing street art. The next room was very good, Marina Park Hotel fortaleza with super cleaning ok. Location in the area of ruins with many chemical dependents, making the night walk dangerous, but during the day it is OK to go to the square that is 2 quarters.

some of great tourist attractions like fortaleza central market were close enough to the hotel. short way from jose de alencar subway station. in love with marina park. take a look at moura brasil neighborhood, it's worth it.
